All reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be held with
a credit card.
Deposit Policy
Credit Card - First two nights will be applied to card immediately.
Check - Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty for changes or cancellations made up to 7 days (14 days holiday).
If changes or cancellations are made within 7 days (14 days holiday)
of arrival, one night of the deposit is forfeited and any remaining deposit
is credited to a future stay before March 31, 2005. No refunds
are given for late arrivals or early departures.
