Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A two night deposit is required. Reservation may be cancelled or changed up to
seven days (14 days holiday) prior to arrival without penalty. If cancelled or
changed within 7 days (14 days holiday) of arrival, one night of the deposit is
forfeited and any remaining balance will be credited to a future stay prior to
March 31, 2010. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
